The application and request process is open to any activity, event, or opportunity related to experiences for kids from kindergarten to high school. We ask that a parent, coach, or adult over the age of 18 fills out the application and describes what the child is wanting to do but has a financial obstacle to overcome before they get there.  Please click below to submit your request.

We hope to benefit kids in two main areas. The Northern Area will be in Northern Illinois benefiting kids in Mundelein, Vernon Hills, and surrounding communities. The Southern area will be in Southern Illinois benefiting kids in Monroe and Randolph County, Smithton, Belleville, and surrounding communities.

HOWEVER - the application is open to ANY kids from anywhere and will be reviewed by the board based on available funds.
